About us:
We are Jennifer and Luke and we are the proud parents of 5, yes 5, homeschooled children (ages 1 to 10 years).
In our spare time, you know, 1 AM - 3:45 AM, we design infant clothing for our boutique ~ PiNk
TADPOLES. In three years time we have gone from a section in a storefront boutique, to
offering our designs online in order to share our products with everyone, not just the locals.
PiNk
TADPOLES came about because of our desperate need for clothing that matched each of our children's
individual attitudes. And although there are shops that offer original clothing, not too many of them have designs that reflect honest,
and sometimes taboo, thoughts and expressions.
Our designs (much like our family) are not mainstream and will probably not be appreciated by those who like their children to be
trendy, cookie-cutter, fashion kids. We are here for parents that don't notice or care about the judgmental passer-byers. Our typical customer is far from typical!
Why would we choose to design or dress our children in such a manner?
Well, we figure it this way...With all of the real life issues people choose not to pay attention to, should a saying on a shirt really
matter?!
